Introductory Course - When performing goes well it feels great; when it doesn't we might wonder what happened and why—but no more! In this class you'll learn how the principles of autonomic nervous system function apply to performance situations, both in general and specifically in your body. We'll put those principles into action by practicing various techniques for accessing the nervous system state that allows for good breathing, easy vocalizing and natural expression. Psst! this will help you if you're a singer and also really help you understand and support your singers if you're a director!
